Supero provides a modern approach to conversation creation for B2B organisations seeking to develop pipeline and grow revenue. They came to XO Design Studio looking for a bold new name, logo, brand identity and visual language to embody their ethos of personal empowerment, elite connectivity and unparalleled innovation. In addition, they wanted the works: landing page design, presentation templates, bespoke infographics, iconography and illustrative elements, plus a whole suite of digital marketing materials.
Supero’s mission is to empower organisations by helping their people develop their personal brand, expand their networks and create impactful, trustworthy content that drives visibility, engagement and meaningful conversations at scale. To help them achieve this, we designed custom-branded infographics, illustrations and visual assets that distilled these often-complex concepts into digestible, engaging formats. Ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience that aligns seamlessly with Supero’s brand language, both online and in presentations.
The name Supero is derived from the Latin word superus, meaning "to surpass” or “to conquer”. It perfectly encapsulates the brand’s ambition to empower, lead and help clients rise above challenges to achieve extraordinary results.
The Supero logo is inspired by the infinity symbol, often linked to wealth, growth and success. It conveys a continuous flow of energy and power – qualities integral to Supero’s identity and methodologies.
For internal use and dark mode presentations: a dramatic purple evokes passion, luxury, sophistication. Complementary blues, yellows and pinks are used to differentiate the brand’s distinct service pillars.
For external communications and light mode settings: a fresh, clean aesthetic with pale purples and colour gradients – the perfect soft-tech approach for digital environments. We also designed bespoke patterns made up of gentle gradients, circles and wave elements, ensuring a visually cohesive brand presence that feels modern and approachable.
